Counsel for the plaintiff prays for extension of time for re- verification and re-affirmation of the affidavit as the plaintiff has carried out amendments with regard to the amended portion.
In view of the submission made by the Counsel for the plaintiff, time to re-verify and re-affirm the affidavit in the plaint is extended by a period of one week from date.
