It would also be contended by the learned Senior Counsel for the Respondents that the Appellant, being a builder, has, on the basis of a contrived narrative, sought to embroil the suit property in litigation with the ulterior motive of rendering it a pariah in the real estate market, and that this strategy is designed to make the property commercially unviable for years to come.
