% 31.05.2022 In compliance with order dated 24th March 2022, Court notice was issued to the counsel for the petitioner, as no one had appeared for the petitioner. As per the office noting, Court notice issued to the petitioner stands duly served but even today there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
On the earlier occasions as well, i.e. on 25th November 2021 and 3rd February 2022 there was no appearance for the petitioner.
It seems that the petitioner is not interest in pursuing the instant petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
