1. The Plaintiff has filed the present suit for recovery of Rs. 5,98,723/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Ninety Eight Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Three Only) along with pendent- lite and future interest from the defendant.

That the Plaintiff is engaged in the business of manufacturing photocopiers, fax and other office automation equipment and is also engaged in marketing and distribution of photocopiers including digital multifunctional products/printers/copiers/scanners/fax machines, accessories and other consumables and carried out aforesaid activity or activities in India through a network of its own branch offices and dealers appointed by it for such purposes and Sh. Kailash Chandra has been duly authorised Board Resolution dated 20.04.2016 to contest the present suit on behalf of plaintiff.
