3. Learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent-Matsyafed submitted that Ext.P3 complaint will be verified by the Managing Director within a reasonable time.
4. Therefore, there will be direction to the first respondent to take a decision on Ext.P3 complaint raised by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. Status quo as on today will be continued till a decision is taken.
