In S.B. Criminal Misc. 2nd Bail Application No.1730/2022, 1732/2022 and 1734/2022:-
The present second bail applications have been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners, who are in judicial custody in connection with F.I.R. No.222/2021, Police Station Kelwada, District Rajsamand, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 308 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Consequently, the bail applications are allowed. It is ordered that the petitioners - Rohit S/o Shri Kailash, (Bail Application No.1730/2022), (1) Rahul S/o Shri Ramesh, (2) Kamal S/o Shri Kalulal and (3) Shani S/o Shri Kanhaya Lal, (Bail Application No.1732/2022) and Akash S/o Shri Rajesh, (Bail Application No.1734/2022) all arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.222/2021, Police Station Kelwada, District Rajsamand, shall be released on bail, if not wanted in any other case; provided each of them furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two (4 of 4) [CRLMB-1730/2022] surety bonds of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
