The respondents invited online application forms from the aspirants through the advertisement in question as per which, the applicants are required to submit the experience certificates in the prescribed proforma, which has been uploaded on the website. The aspirants claim that though they are having the requisite experience as per Rule 2(j) and thus, are entitled to apply within the framework of the rules, but despite this, they are unable to submit the online application forms for various reasons viz. (i) being under age, (ii) having gained experience as guest faculties, computer operators, directly or through placement agencies or while being engaged in non-governmental recognized schools and a horde of other reasons.
