5.2 The Ld. AO erred in re-computing the deduction under Section 10A of the Act by reducing the amount of expenses incurred in foreign currency of Rs. 289,404,138 from the Export Turnover alone although no part of the expenditure incurred in foreign exchange was incurred in delivery of computer software outside India or for providing technical services outside India. 5.3 The Ld. AO has further erred in not reducing the freight, telecommunication and insurance expenses and expenses incurred in foreign exchange from both Export Turnover and Total Turnover.
