Learned advocate Ms Mukherjee appearing for the respondent submits by taking me to page 2 of the judgment to say that the name in the third line has gone down as Raman Mohan Kar instead of Ramani Mohan Kar. She also submits that in the eighth line on the same page it should be Ejectment Execution Case No.149 of 2007 in place of Title Suit No.149 of 2007.
I have considered the submissions and perused the records of the judgment. This court is at one with Ms Mukherjee. Accordingly, the said expression "Raman Mohan Kar" in the third line on page 2 will be read as Ramani Mohan Kar; and "Title Suit No.149 of 2007" in the eighth line on page 2 will be read as Ejectment Execution Case No.149 of 2007.
