5. The petitioner had again approached the Court of the learned Sessions Judge and had moved an application for grant of interim bail on 18.11.2022 which was disposed of on the same date with the following order:
"The record reflects that accused/applicant was firstly granted interim bail vide order dated 11.06.2021 in view of the guidelines of Hon'ble HPC. However, the said bail application was cancelled vide order dated 18.01.2022 as she had violated the terms and conditions of the interim bail order dated 11.06.2021. It is further reflected from the order that at the time of passing of the interim bail order, a false submission was made which has been also considered in cancellation order dated 18.01.2022.
Further, one interim bail application for the very same purpose as pleaded in the present application was moved on 15.10.2022 which was disposed of by allowing custody parole to the applicant vide order dated 31.10.2022 to attend the said counselling session physically at the college concerned. However, the report of the Jail Superintendent reflects that accused/applicant refused to avail the custody parole for which no reason has been given.
