(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 07.06.2022 made in Cr.M.P.No.552 of 2022 under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent Bank submitted that the conditional interim order, dated 20.07.2022 passed by this Court has not been complied with. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent – Bank further submitted that the petitioners are having effective alternate appeal remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal and the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore is in-charge of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai. Hence, the petitioners have to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal for appropriate relief.
