Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order impugned dated 21.12.2018, the petitioner, due to erroneous legal advice, filed civil miscellaneous case which was registered as Civil Miscellaneous Jurisdiction no.438 of 2019 on 25.2.2019, and the same was dismissed as not maintainable vide order dated 19.7.2019 giving liberty to the petitioner to file statutory revision under the BBC Act which the petitioner filed soon thereafter on 28.8.2019.
