Mr. G. Misra, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the judgments of Supreme Court in MTNL v. Canara Bank, (2019) 10 SCC 32, and UCO Bank v. National Textile Corporation Ltd., (2020) 4 SCC 497, the disputes between public sector undertakings (PSUs), ought to be referred, first to Administrative Mechanism for Resolution of CPSEs Disputes (AMRCD), and only in event of non-settlement, to Arbitral Tribunal.
