5. Mr. T. Singhdev, Advocate, who appears on behalf of OL states on instructions that they have not received a copy of the said application.

6. Mr. Sarthi Vats, Advocate, who appears on behalf of applicants, states that he will supply another copy of the same during the course of day to Mr. T. Singhdev, Advocate, who will provide his e-mail address to Mr. Vats.

7. However, in response, Mr. T. Singhdev, Advocate also points to the Status Report No.78/2025 dated 2nd December 2025 filed on behalf of OL, where as per the report of the Chartered Accountants appointed for assessment of the claims (appended as Annexure- F), the category of claims have been verified and divided into 'unsecured creditors' claims, 'workmen' claims and 'unsecured creditors' claims (MoU with ex-management).

8. Mr. T. Singhdev, Advocate will seek instructions as to whether the claims filed by the applicants have been considered as part of these verification or not, and file a short response before the next date of hearing with advance copy to the applicant's counsel.

9. If the same have not been considered as part of the verification, reasons may be given as to why it has not been done, and if rejected, reasons for the same.

1. Mr. T. Singhdev, counsel for OL points out to the prayers which have been stated in the Status Report No.78/2025 filed by the OL are extracted as under:
