Thereafter, the respondent will make four further deposits of Rs. 750/- each on or before the 18th of each succeeding month. If he defaults in making any of these deposits within the time allowed, the decree for ejectment will become liable to immediate execution. We order accordingly. The appellant will be entitled to half his costs from the respondent in both the Courts.
