Counsel has 1 of 2 CRM-319-2023 in/and -2- CRA-D-740-2022 pointed out that on earlier occasion CRM-M-33758-2022 was dismissed as withdrawn on 05.08.2022 and it is only on this ground the present appeal was filed.
