RAJESH BINDAL, J The present petition was admitted on 13.2.2015. Admission notice was to be published in the Official Gazette and newspapers. The order was not complied with despite two opportunities. On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought last opportunity to do the needful. The same was allowed subject to deposit of ` 5,000/- as cost in Common Pool Funds Account maintained in the office of Official Liquidator.
As per office report, needful has not been done, as no intimation was furnished in the Registry.
The case was taken up twice, none appeared for the petitioner. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
