WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under sectl'ons 10 to 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through his counsel Sri THATHIREDDY ASHOK SRIVASTAVA REDDY praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for delI'berate, intentional and willful violation of the orders dated 03-01-2024 in WP.No.32236 of 2023.
