CMP(M) No.367/2023This application is filed to condone the delay of 11 months and 19 days in filing the application for seeking review of the judgment dt. 25.03.2021 in CWP no.2008/2021. It is stated in the application seeking condonation of delay that the judgment of the High Court was examined at the various levels in the PWD Department, Superintending Engineer, Deputy District Attorney office of the Chief Engineer Mandi Zone, office of the Engineer-in-Chief HPPWD, Law Department and lastly the office of learned Advocate General, and the review petition came to be filed on 21.03.2023.
