2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State-Opposite Party. Perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. The present bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for regular bail relating to G.R. Case No. 350 of 2024 arising out of Cantonment P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024, corresponding to pending before the Court of learned J.M.F.C.-II (Cog. Taking), Cuttack for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 272/273/420/482/34 of the IPC read with Section 63 of Copy Right Act & Section 20 of COTPA Act
