Brief facts of the case are that in pursuance to the advertisement dated 01.02.2022 issued by the respondents, the petitioner applied for the post of Basic Computer Instructor and Senior Computer Instructor.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not permitted to write the exam as he reached late in the examination hall/center at Kota, and prayed that the respondents be directed to re-conduct the written test of the petitioner.
