Equally, he submits, PepsiCo is also not using "For The Bold" as a trade mark. The mere registration of "For The Bold" as a trade mark in favour of PepsiCo does not, in his submission, ipso facto imply that PepsiCo is using "For The Bold" as a trade mark.
