In Vishnu Kumar Bhargawa and others vs. Metropolitan Magistrate, Bombay and others20, it was considered that the service of notice of the case filed in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Bombay was not an integral part of cause of action, inasmuch as, for succeeding in the case, service of notice at Allahabad was not material and would not confer jurisdiction on the High Court at Allahabad to entertain the writ petition.
