According to him, Venflon and Neoflon are catheters using thin walled technology used for pediatric/neonatal use. Quincke Spinal needles and Whitacre Pencil Point needles are likewise used for anesthesia. Thus, none of the cannulas/needles imported by the petitioner would be suitable for use with major arteries.
