4. At the outset, Mr. Gautam Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in connected matter involving identical controversy, notice has already been issued by the Court and all those matters are coming on 04.08.2025.
5. The aforesaid position is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents.
6. In view of the above, issue notice. The learned counsel named above accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
7. Let counter-affidavit be filed within a period of four weeks. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter.
