This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to give permission for conducting 'Adal Padal' dance programme schedule to be held on 06.06.2022 at about 07.00 p.m in the eve of Arulmigu 'Sri Mariyamman Temple' festival of Anna Nagar, Nangavaram, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 12.05.2022.

5. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the second respondent herein to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the 'Adal Padal' dance programme on 06.06.2022 at Arulmigu 'Sri Mariyamman Temple' festival of Anna Nagar, Nangavaram, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, between 8.00 a.m. and 11.00 p.m., subject to the following conditions:

'a)The event shall be conducted in an organised and peaceful manner without causing law and order problem.
