DATED : 3rd AUGUST 2023 P.C. :

1 Mr. More states that one Ganesh Sangale, Deputy Collector (Encroachment), Mumbai Suburban District, has filed an affidavit in which it is stated that the office of Deputy Collector will give hearing to petitioner, which would mean all members of petitioner no.1 as well as the Mathadi Kamgar Sahakari Grihanirman Sanstha Maryadit (no.1) and another who have filed an intervention application being Interim Application (lodging) No.6204 of 2023 and then pass such appropriate orders in accordance with law. Mr. More states that within two weeks from today petitioners and the proposed interveners may file their say in response to the notice dated Gauri Gaekwad ::: Uploaded on - 04/08/2023 ::: Downloaded on - 05/08/2023 01:51:38 ::: 2/2 38.WP-3094-2022.doc 20th May 2022 and thereafter, the office of Deputy Collector will inform the parties about the date of personal hearing. Mr. More states that since the cause of every petitioner would be the same, perhaps petitioner nos.2 to 4 may file a response to the notice on behalf of all of them and also attend the personal hearing. In our view, that is a very fair suggestion. 2 The entire process to be completed and order to be passed by 30th September 2023.
3 Keeping open all rights and contentions of the parties, petition stands disposed. Accordingly, interim application also stands disposed.
