1. Prayer in this petition filed by petitioner-wife is for transfer of petition bearing No.HMA/129/2022 filed by respondent-husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, titled 'Sachin Kumar vs. Renu' pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court/District and Sessions Judge, Narnaul, to a court of competent jurisdiction at Sonepat.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, submits:

i) that the parties solemnized marriage on 01.03.2021.

ii) that one son was born out of the wedlock on 06.12.2021.

iii) that the petitioner along with minor son is living in her parental home at Sonepat.

iv) that the distance between the place of residence and place of proceedings is 180 kms (one side).

v) that the petitioner has no source of income.

vi) that a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C., is also pending between the parties at Sonepat.

a) The petition bearing No.HMA/129/2022 filed by respondent-husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, titled 'Sachin Kumar vs. Renu' pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court/District and Sessions Judge, Narnaul, is transferred to a court of competent jurisdiction at Sonepat.

b) The ld. District Judge, Narnaul is directed to transfer complete record pertaining to the aforesaid case to District Judge, Sonepat.

c) The parties are directed to appear before the District & Sessions Judge, Sonepat on 02.06.2023.

d) The District Judge, Sonepat will assign the said petition to the Court of competent jurisdiction.
