1. This appeal has been filed under Section 91 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 challenging the order dated 27th January, 2025 passed by the Registrar of Trade Marks, whereby the registration application filed on behalf of the appellant has been refused.

4. Written submissions be filed within six (06) weeks from today.

5. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within three (03) weeks thereafter.
