                                JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 14th day of October, 2025) An interim order was passed by this Court on 27.08.2025 at the time of issuance of notice before admission, deferring the coercive steps as an interim measure, on condition that the petitioner shall remits an amount of Rs.5 lakhs within one month. It was made clear that if the payment is not remitted, the respondents would be at liberty to proceed further in accordance with law. Subsequently, on 29.09.2025, the interim order was extended on condition that the petitioner comply with the direction.

2. Today, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent- Bank submits that the amount has not been remitted and, therefore, the interim order granted by this Court itself has worked out.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.

Since the interim order is not complied with, the writ petition is dismissed.
