                               UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                O R D E R

1 Mr A D N Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner was constrained to institute a petition under Article 32 before this Court challenging the demolition of a boundary wall since at the material time, the normal functioning of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad had been affected due to a strike by the members of the Bar.

2 Learned counsel states that since the functioning of the High Court has Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by resumed, the present petition may be transferred to the High Court. We are Chetan Kumar Date: 2021.03.23 17:34:27 IST Reason: not inclined to follow this course of action as suggested. However, we grant liberty to the petitioner to institute appropriate proceedings before the High Court or as the case may be before any competent forum in pursuit of its remedies.

WP(C) 337/2021 2 3 Subject to the aforesaid, the Petition is dismissed.
