Before the writ court, Chief Executive Officer of the 5 th respondent-Chris Global Traders, Thiruvalla has filed a counter affidavit, contending that,- Chris Global Towers, was established in the year 2013 at Thiruvalla and is one of the leading organisations in the field of recycling industry. It is one of the pioneers in supplying industrial inputs like waste rubber, all types of plastics, papers, electronic items and scrap iron, tin, aluminium, steel etc. Its main objectives are,- i) creating awareness and supporting the public in treating the waste at source (Uravida Malinya Samskaranam), ii) extending support to local bodies and NGOs, who are campaigning for this cause of clean environment, iii) creating employability and entrepreneurship facility for the economically downtrodden, iv) to convert the solid waste management industry into a profitable sector, so that there shall be a system and more people would be attracted towards it. Waste management becomes the passion to 'Chris Global Traders' and the motto is "Nothing is unwanted; if you want".
