12. Further more, said PW-3 Smt. Badam Devi has admitted it to be correct that her daughter Vinod Devi @ Sundari alongwith accused Pawan and their children were residing at Narela and accused Kela Devi used to reside at village Mehendi Pur, Distt. Sonepat, Haryana.

Similarly, PW-2 Rajesh Kumar, who is the brother of the deceased has merely deposed in the court that due to harassment by accused his sister Vinod Devi @ Sundari alongwith her 2 children, namely, Arju and Aryan had committed suicide by way of throwing herself alongwith her children on railway track on 28.12.05. Said PW-2 Rajesh Kumar also deposed in the court that accused Kela Devi was residing at her native village Mehendi Pur, Distt.
