P.C:-
1 Learned counsel for the parties state that they did not
prepare themselves to argue Writ Petition No.7104/2002 and Writ Petition No. 2004/2015.
2 From perusal of the Civil Applications filed, it becomes apparent, and learned counsel for the parties agree, that rather than waste time to decide the Civil Applications, the two Writ Petitions could be heard and decided finally.
3 The Contempt Petition would also be heard finally along with the two Writ Petitions.
4 List the two Writ Petitions and the Contempt Petition for final hearing in the Admission Board on 14th January 2020.
