             Instruction dated 31st January, 2018 is produced by counsel of the Licensing

Company. From a perusal thereof it appears that the District Engineer is ready and willing to

effect supply through separate meter in the name of the writ petitioner on compliance of all

formalities. The arrear dues have also been paid by the landlady. Therefore, there is no

obstruction or impediment either physical or written to effect supply through separate meter in

favour of the writ petitioner by the respondent no. 2 provided the formalities are complied with

and such connection be supplied within two weeks of such compliance.

In view of the aforesaid, this application is disposed of. Instruction dated 31st January, 2018 is kept on record. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on urgent basis.
