The Appellant sought following information:
1. A copy of the noting pages of the relevant file, where the matter regarding finalization to initiation of Advertisement No. 2/2019 (Recruitment of Group III Technical staff) has been dealt.
2. A copy of the reservation roster/register maintained for the post of Technical Assistant (Electronics) at CSIO, Chandigarh, (henna' & Delhi Centre on the basis of which the post have been advertised in the Ad. No. 2/2019.
3. Clarify the specific category of the vacancies for the post of Technical Assistant (Electronics) in CSIO Chandigarh, Chennai & Delhi Centre wise which have been advertised vide Ad No. 2/2019.
• PIO furnished reply, vide letter dated 24.06.2022, as under:
".....the Competent Authority has approved that since the recruitment of Technical Staff under Advt. No. 02/2019 is still under process, the information requested for cannot be furnished at this stage..."
I. Copy of the relevant file noting pages 81/N to 84/N of File No. CSIO/2(290)/2016-R&A.
2. Copy of reservation roster/register for Technical Group III as on 29.07.2019. However. since, the reservation rosters/registers contain the names of the employees and the category to which they belong, which is a personal information as per Section 8(I)(j) of the RTI Act, the redacted copy of the reservation roster/register is provided under Section 10 of the RTI Act 2005.

The PIO has not provided correct information to the Appellant.

2. Mr. Angad Ved, CSIO The Respondent stated that the relevant information has been furnished to the Appellant from their official record. He averred that the recruitment process for Technical Group III has been completed and copy of relevant file notings along with reservation roster has been furnished to the Appellant.
