This petition has been filed against an order rejecting the objections of the petitioner with regard to the identity of the property in dispute. The respondents had filed a petition for eviction against the petitioner in respect of a shop which was duly described in the petition. The petitioner appeared and took all pleas available to him. That ejectment petition was allowed and appeal filed against it was dismissed. Now in execution an objection has been filed that the property was mis-described in the ejectment petition and actually the ejectment petition pertained to some other property. The executing Court has noticed that all pleas which were available to the petitioner were taken by him and were duly adjudicated upon and it was not open to the Executing Court to go behind the decree and consequently dismissed the objections.
