1. In the Execution Application No. 39/2024, applicant is seeking compliance of the order dated 15.01.2021 passed in OA No. 58/2013.
2. Directions were issued by Tribunal on the issue of conservation and protection of Delhi Ridge which is an extension of Aravalli Range. Tribunal had disposed of the OA by order dated 15.01.2021 with a direction to the Delhi Government through Chief Secretary, Delhi to ensure issuance of Notification under Section 20 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 within three months in respect of the area about which there is no controversy.
