7. PW2 SI Jaipal Singh deposed that on 06.05.2014 he was working as DO in PS Vasant Kunj (N) and his duty hours were from 04:00 PM to 12 midnight. A rukka was sent by ASI Kuldeep Singh in the PS itself on which he registered the FIR No. 336/14, computerized copy of the same is Ex.PW2/A. He has also made an endorsement on the rukka which is Ex.PW2/B. The certificate under Section 65 B of the Indian Evidence Act is Ex.PW2/C. He has also recorded DD No. 50 A dated 04.05.2014 Ex.PW2/D. Investigation of the case were handed over to HC Hemant Kumar. Witness was not cross-examined by defence despite opportunity given.
