The learned counsel for the respondents places on record the Office Order No. 12/2022 dated 22.04.2022 passed by the Employees‟ State Insurance Corporation, whereunder several Medical Officers in GDMO Sub-cadre working in level 12 of pay matrix have been promoted to the post of CMO (NFSG) in level 13 of pay matrix (under DACP Scheme, Recruitment Regulations of ESIC etc.). The name of the applicant is at Sl.No.10 and he is promoted w.e.f. 18.07.2018. In pursuance to the said promotion order, the applicant had also joined on the promotion post. Item No.48
