I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
Learned trial Court has not decided with regard to the admissibility of the documents as the documents have been exhibited being annexed to affidavit in examination-in-chief. The Court will assess their admissibility independently and same shall be read in evidence only if the documents are proved in accordance with law. The objections raised by the petitioner with regard to exhibiting or de-exhibiting of documents can be decided at the time of final arguments.
