The Complainant remained absent during the hearing despite prior intimation.
The Respondent represented by Shri Ashok Chakravarty, Tehsildar Bhalwal participated in the hearing through video conference. He stated that information as per available record was provided to the Complainant vide letter dated 04.09.2015. In his application, the Complainant had inter alia requested for Parat Sarkar (office copy of the mutation record) for the property for Mutation No 820 of Village Bhalwal which was not available in their records. A copy of the aforementioned reply was forwarded to the Commission subsequent to the hearing.
