It is also submitted by the intervener that the photocopy of the share certificates produced by the petitioner have got apparent defects on face of it and they have produced a chart indicating antedated documents have been prepared by the petitioner. It is submitted that as per Rule 5 Sub-rule 3 of the company Rule 1960 the word "duplicate" shall be stamped or punched in bold letters across the phase of share certificates. Section 84 Sub-section 2 of the Companies Act, 1956 has been mentioned which indicates that a certificate may be renewed or a duplicate certificate may be issued if such certificate is proved to have been lost or destroyed.
