6. The petitioners' counsel states that the petitioners would pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- to Ramasubbu, son of P.W.2 as http://www.judis.nic.in compensation. This amount shall be paid within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners shall deposit the compensation amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to the credit of C.C.No.93 of 2002 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur. The Legal Aid Authority shall ensure that the said amount is paid to Ramasubbu, S/o. P.W.2, namely, Valliyammal @ Vellaiyammal . In the event of the petitioners' failure to do so, sentence imposed by the Courts below will stand restored.
