2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the work order issued to the petitioner - M/s. Yash Enterprises, he supplied "all in one commercial desktop computers as well as Multifunction 3 in 1 Duplex & network ledger printer (Black)" worth Rs.1,27,37,389/-, out of which only Rs. 99,74,027/- has been paid and Rs.27,63,362/- is still outstanding, for which, the petitioner made representation (Annexure P-3) on 07.10.2024, but till date the same has not been considered and decided by the respondents/ authorities, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
