The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"1.That this it is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders directions for quashing of the order dated 24.10.2016 passed in BBC Case No. 68 of 2016 (Dharmbir Singh V/s Manager P&M Mall and others) by the House Controller-cum-Sub-Divisional Officer, Patna Sadar, whereby and where under the proceeding initiated under section 10 of the BBC Act for Restoration Patna High Court CWJC No.19616 of 2016(2) dt.07-04-2023 of the Electricity connection and other basic amenities of the rented premises of the petitioner has been dropped and further respondent be directed to restore the electricity connection and other basic amenities of the rested premises of the petitioner as well as for opening the locks put up by the private Respondents."
