1) The petitioner files an undertaking on usual terms in this Court within six weeks from today.
2) The petitioner deposits the entire arrears of rent @ Rs. 2,000/- p.m. up to 30.04.2015 within six weeks.
3) The petitioner deposits/pays compensation for use and occupation of the premises @ Rs. 4,000/-
p.m. w.e.f. 01.05.2015 onwards till the date of actual vacation of the premises. Future deposits shall be made by the 10th of every succeeding calender month. Breach of any one of the above conditions shall render the decree executable forthwith against the petitioner.
