2. This Court has sought a number of clarifications with regard to the functioning of CPS Mumbai as well as the issues raised in the present appeals. Dr. Girish Maindaikar assures and undertakes to this Court that he will file a supplementary affidavit shortly. His personal presence is dispensed with till further orders.
