However, it appears that all respondents in the matter have not received their respective compensation.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that the main counsel is indisposed and that he does not have instructions with regard to the above.
3. In view thereof, the petitioner/MCD is directed to place on record details of cases where enhanced compensation has been granted/disbursed by the petitioner and received by the respondents.
4. The court is also informed that respondent No.11 in CM(M) No. 242/2024 has passed away. The petitioner is directed to place on record an amended memo of parties, listing-out the legal heirs of the deceased respondent.
5. Re-notify on 04th August 2025.
