2. The petitioner, who entered service as Fisherman-cum-Watchman in the Njarakkal Fish Farm, was ordered to be transferred by the first respondent as Fisherman-cum-Watchman in the District Office, Matsyafed, Ernakulam.
3. It is admitted by both sides that the transfer orders have been implemented. As it is a matter of policy, there is little scope for interference by this Court in exercise of the powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
